‘Celebrating the Arts ’ Celebrity Chef Dinner

Colorado Peach Sensations by Chef Hosea Rosenberg

An entertaining and interactive culinary demonstration by Top Chef season 5 winner Chef Hosea. Notably, Hosea works closely with many of the local farmers and ranchers in Colorado and supports sustainable agriculture conservation by  buying locally and organic whenever possible.  The seafood he buys, as Executive Chef of Jax Fish House in Boulder, is sustainable and on “green” lists.  In addition, Jax is PACE certified, on the Colorado Proud list, using 100% Wind Energy and practices composting, recycling, and water conservation.
